I am a graduate of Mercer University-Cecil B. Day Campus where I majored in Secondary Education with a concentration in English. I was born in Waukegan, Illinois, but raised in various parts of the United States. After graduating from Durango High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia to begin my undergraduate coursework at Spelman College, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
I recently just moved back to Atlanta, GA. After teaching in Maryland for three years at Lansdowne High School. I am currently a middle school Language Arts and Exceptional Education teacher in Fairburn, GA.
I am looking forward to embarking on this journey of earning my ED.S in Instructional Technology. I love implementing various forms of technology in the classroom that sparks interest and facilitate meaningful conversation with my students.
Over the school year, I will provide a demanding and yet intriguing lesson plans, semester projects, homework, and writing assignments that will bring real life experience into the classroom. I look forward to working with you this school year.
